Qualification:

The Indian Navy has
invited online applications from umarried male candidates for enrolment
as Sailors for the Artificer Apprentice (AA)-139 Batch.Candidates who
are interested may download the applications from the official website
of the Indian Navy i.e joinindiannavy.gov.in. For detailed information
on the Indian Navy Recruitment 2015, applicants can refer below.Candidate must apply in prescribed format in A4 size paper typed in
English/ Hindi along with attested/certified true copies of certificates
to Directorate of Civilian Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Room
No.112, 'B' Wing, Sena Bhawan, DHQ Post New Delhi-110011 within 45 days
from the first date of publication of advertisement and 60 days in
respect of applicants residing in far areas.Envelope should be

Pay Scale:
- During the training period, the Selected candidates will get Rs 5700/- per month. On successful completion of initial training, the sailors will get paid in the scale of Rs.5200-20200/-. The candidates will be entitled to receive grade pay and additional allowances as per norms in addition to the basic pay.
- The candidates who get to join as an Artificer Apprentice can be promoted to Master Chief Petty Officer with a grade pay and other allowances as per norms.
Nationality: The
candidate who is a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
and is unmarried is only eligible to apply for these posts.
Selection Criteria: The
selection of candidates will be based on a national merit basis and they
will be shortlisted as per their marks obtained in the 10+2 standard.
